My name is Catalin Cosoi and I am a PhD student at �Politehnica� University from Bucharest (Romania), faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science. Right now I�m working for BitDefender, as a researcher in the AntiSpam laboratory (trying to find new ways to fight spam), but I�m also very passionate about neural networks, brain models, pattern recognition and pattern extraction technologies, mathematics of neural systems (you can find the rest in the resume) and recently� search engines (working on one for my PhD project).

You won�t find much content on this page. It�s sole purpose is to create a connection between a �short� resume, a rarely visited blog, and a list of pictures. (and of course, a link to the custom research page :), which is in fact, one of the most important reasons this page is here).
